Invite a friend or two... We are happy to accommodate groups of 3 to 6 (or more) people for services with advanced arrangements.
We will do our best to meet any reasonable request - including last minute and after hour requests whenever possible.
Customized Packages, Gift Baskets and Gift Certificates are available!
Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of time to check in for your Spa Packages. Our downtown traffic can be busy during the high season, so we invite you to come in early and relax while enjoying our beautiful view. We want to make your experience perfect in every detail!
For your comfort and the comfort of others, please leave your children & pets at home and please turn your cell phone off before entering Heaven.
If you are running late, please give us a courtesy call. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, some services may have to be shortened. If we are running late, we will do our best to advise you too!
If you must cancel your appointment, Heave the Spa does require a 24 hour advance notification for all services. Please cancel all spa packages and group visits 48 hours in advance to avoid misunderstanings and service charges. We know that sometimes emergencies do happen, please give us as much notice as possible. Thank you kindly!

Please cancel group arrangements or spa packages 48 hours in advance, and individual services 24-hours in advance to avoid a charge. We know that sometimes emergencies happen, but please give us as much notice as possible if you need to make a time change.
We are happy to accommodate groups of 3 to 8 people for services with advanced arrangements. We will always do our best to deliver the services requested. A 25% deposit can be made by credit card over the telephone and will reserve your package or group appointments. Again, please cancel all packages and groups 48-hours in advance to avoid misunderstandings and a service charge.
Returned checks may also be subject to a service charge if we are charged for this process. And so you know, we will never charge more than the amount which we are billed for this service charge.
We do offer seasonal pricing at the spa, and too, occassionally prices may change for services performed. To avoid any misunderstanding, we ask that you please confirm prices for your services with our front desk at the time you make your reservation.

Directions to Heaven the Spa
We are at the top level (3rd Floor) at the Season's at Sandpoint Clubhouse; Season's at Sandpoint is the new luxury condominiums on Lake Pend Oreille (near City Beach). Traveling northbound (Hwy 95 entering town) turn onto 1st Avenue. Go through the 1st traffic light and make a right turn onto Bridge Street heading towards Sandpoint's City Beach. Go across the bridge and under the train tressel. Our entrance to Seasons is to your immediately left after passing under the train tressel. Please stop at the greeting gate and ask our smiling Greetor for directions to Heaven the Spa in the Clubhouse.
{The Clubhouse is currently the 3rd building with the portico and parking for the spa is available near this building. Enter the Clubhouse is on the second floor and take the elevator to the top floor to get to Heaven. We look forward to seeing you soon!}
